Positive Vibes

Our Partners

We align ourselves with the interests of groups, organisations and movements of people whose human rights (in particular, the right to health) are unjustly limited or denied and strengethen our impact by accompanying, partnering and linking with networks and organisations.

PV has been able to ramp up its profile through support of partner activities, particularly in the advocacy and influencing space. Increasing attendance, including giving presentations at international and national conferences and events has helped keep programme staff as well as our linming organisations and communities we support abreast of current issues in the broader Key Population and HIV sectors.

Our supporters have been able to start building a relevant and responsive evidence base that is beginning to be showcased on digital platforms, something that will continue through future grants, and an increasing focus on knowledge generation and dissemination in other programmes. This sort of activity provides important opportunities to meet other agencies and organisations working at different levels, giving insight into their work and enabling connections to strengthen implementation but also identify potential donors to support partners and PV’s work.

We work with:

  • Civil-society movements and grass-roots community organisations that strive to see change within their country or region;
  • Key Population organisations working directly with LGBT+ People, People Living With HIV, Adolescent Girls & Young Women and Sex Workers;
  • In partnership with Linking Organisations that are our colleagues under the International HIV&AIDS Alliance;
  • And none if this work could happen without our Donor Organisations.
