Lelanie is an MBA graduate, co-founder and managing member of Twafiika Consultants – a dynamic Namibian strategic, marketing and communications boutique consultancy. She provides strategic business counsel to clients, is an acclaimed speaker and facilitator.
With more than 18 years of experience assisting corporate, governmental and individual clients worldwide achieve their business goals, she is someone with exceptional planning, leadership, and management abilities.
Lelanie has lectured in the fields of strategic management, international marketing, online-marketing, communications, financial education and intercultural communications & negotiations.
She is a member of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa and an affiliated business partner in Namibia to the Institute for the Advancement of Journalism in Southern Africa.
Lelanie has recently been elected as the interim Vice-Chairperson of the newly established Marketing Association of Namibia and is co-organiser of Tedx Windhoek events in the country.
